"A good start would be trying to gain popular support by actually governing well rather than pitting people against each other with shit like Brexit, master."
----------------------

So do you mean that "governing well" means not giving the people a democratic choice as it only pits the citizens against each other when they decide they like their independence and want to leave the EU?

Because if you do, isn't there a danger that UK just becomes another vassal state run by a dictator like Putin does in Russia? Or that it stays as a vassal state of the EU bureaucracy?

He'll accuse me of invoking Godwins Law when he's literally spent the last year baselessly calling me a Nazi. Totally unaware of the irony.

Carefil MiM. That's the sort of talk that will make H&P coin a witty and hilarious moniker for you. Like Mimmler, maybe.

Bloody democracy pitting everyone against each other.

One people, one empire, one leader!

That was after the vote wasn't it? I don't see how that can be construed as 'pitting people against each other'.

You seem to be deflecting again. Hiow unlike you...

Two interesting views on the property asset bubble

First a bubble burster on the crisis of housing

Second. The crazy London asset bubble
https://www.theguardian.com/business/2018/jan/26/ghost-towers-half-of-new-build-luxury-london-flats-fail-to-sell?CMP=Share_AndroidApp_Facebook

Second article relates to the 1%. First article is still about the next few percent.

'A good start would be trying to gain popular support by actually governing well rather than pitting people against each other with shit like Brexit, master.'

Erm, didn't the government and all parties except UKIP oppose Brexit?

Re: 'World's richest 1% get 82% of the wealth', says Oxfam
yeah ok, but that's just a high level idea, it's not something you can action. what would you actually DO to achieve what you're asking for? maybe list out 5-10 things...

i presume your number 1 would be to try to revoke a50 immediately via a parliamentary vote? what about the rest? if you could also add in how they'd give people access to the streams of wealth running through the city.

A good start would be trying to gain popular support by actually governing well rather than pitting people against each other with shit like Brexit, master.

But you won’t get that either.

Telling people they are talking nonsense is not a good way of getting them to explain obvious things you can’t understand, Johnson. That is just a way of demonstrating you are confused, frustrated and badly educated.

Now that’s a shame, but we know that as the basic problem anyway.

Johnson 8:35 Sat Jan 27
Re: 'World's richest 1% get 82% of the wealth', says Oxfam
I just ask you to clarify when you’re talking nonsense Thickle, it is not my fault you can’t explain the things you type. Maybe your handlers need to educate you more?

Hammer and Pickle 8:28 Sat Jan 27
Re: 'World's richest 1% get 82% of the wealth', says Oxfam
No Johnson - all your handlers are interested in is getting their nasty little mitts on all that tax revenue generated by companies while gaining politically from the popular resentment of business at the same time.

Meanwhile you a just suck cock.

Re: 'World's richest 1% get 82% of the wealth', says Oxfam
You are talking about tax revenues generated by the virtual economy Westside.

That's not a bad thing, but I am talking about creating a climate for investment, growth and employment as opposed to one all about avoiding the real economy.

Westside 7:49 Sat Jan 27
Re: 'World's richest 1% get 82% of the wealth', says Oxfam
I think it would be more useful to talk about what government can do to make sure people in the real economy gain access to the vast money streams going through the City.

You mean apart from the near 1/3rd of all Government ttx revenues, the city pays?

Re: 'World's richest 1% get 82% of the wealth', says Oxfam
See - even the suggestion rattles the blue-rinsers' cages.

And the answer starts with promoting a climate of political stability to incentivise investment in small and medium business, especially manufacturing and education services.
